1. Introduction

Welcome to CyberDesk. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our site and the purchase of any product offered by CyberDesk.

2. Products & Orders

Each CyberDesk is built to order based on your selected configuration.

Once an order is placed, we begin production within 24–48 hours.
Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
By placing an order, you agree that the product will be delivered as per the specifications selected on our website.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept online payments through Razorpay.

Your order will only be confirmed upon successful payment.

CyberDesk reserves the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are built and shipped within 14–21 working days.

Shipping is free for all cities inside Maharashtra.

Estimated delivery time post-dispatch is 2–9 working days depending on your location.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided production hasn't started.

After 24 hours or once production begins, orders are non-refundable.

In case of any defect or damage upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

6. Product Warranty

CyberDesk is covered under a 6-month limited warranty for structural defects and manufacturing issues.

Warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including delays in delivery due to third-party logistics.

8. Privacy

All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay and is not stored on our servers.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
