8. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, please email us at support@cyberdesk.co.in with your order details. After this period, cancellations are no longer guaranteed due to production scheduling.
Refunds are issued only for cancelled orders approved within the allowed timeframe. Once the refund is processed, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Custom-built or assembled desk units are not eligible for refund once fabrication has started.
Refunds will not be provided for delays in delivery that are within the stated 2–3 week production window unless otherwise communicated.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or repair based on the situation.
